This issue only affects Apache 2.4.49 and Apache 2.4.50 and not earlier versions. If CGI scripts are also enabled for these aliased pathes, this could allow for remote code execution. If files outside of these directories are not protected by the usual default configuration "require all denied", these requests can succeed. An attacker could use a path traversal attack to map URLs to files outside the directories configured by Alias-like directives. It was found that the fix for CVE-2021-41773 in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.50 was insufficient. TELESTAR Bobs Rock Radio, Dabman D10, Dabman i30 Stereo, Imperial i110, Imperial i150, Imperial i200, Imperial i200-cd, Imperial i400, Imperial i450, Imperial i500-bt, and Imperial i600 TN81HH96-g102h-g102 devices have insufficient access control for the /set_dname, /mylogo, /LocalPlay, /irdevice.xml, /Sendkey, /setvol, /hotkeylist, /init, /playlogo.jpg, /stop, /exit, /back, and /playinfo commands. TELESTAR Bobs Rock Radio, Dabman D10, Dabman i30 Stereo, Imperial i110, Imperial i150, Imperial i200, Imperial i200-cd, Imperial i400, Imperial i450, Imperial i500-bt, and Imperial i600 TN81HH96-g102h-g102 devices have an undocumented TELNET service within the BusyBox subsystem, leading to root access. Users are advised to find an alternative software. There are no patches and no known workarounds. This may result in Remote Code Execution, assuming the attacker has arbitrary code execution primitive inside the context of vm2 sandbox. In vm2 for versions up to and including 3.9.19, Node.js custom inspect function allows attackers to escape the sandbox and run arbitrary code. Vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js.
